Disclosure Dilemmas: Not for the faint hearted, is a timely and exciting one-day workshop which will cover the legal and practical implications of disclosure of documentation during the course of the litigation process vital event for brain injury case managers and all others leading and involved in litigation.
The Disclosure Dilemmas event, which will take place on the 6th February 2020 at the new Irwin Mitchell offices in Manchester is a vital event for brain injury and complex case managers and all others leading and involved in litigation.
Our impressive line-up of speakers will include perspectives from brain injury case managers, claimant and defendant litigators as well as a judicial perspective.
The programme will also look at working jointly under the rehabilitation code.
