Disclosure Dilemmas Day: Not For The Faint Hearted

This timely and exciting one-day workshop will cover the legal and practical implications of disclosure of documentation during the course of the litigation process. 

Disclosure Dilemmas Day is a vital event for brain injury case managers and all others leading and involved in litigation.

Our highly impressive line-up of speakers will be chaired by Theo Huckle QC (Doughty Street Chambers) and include perspectives from brain injury case managers, claimant and defendant litigators as well as a judicial perspective. The programme will also look at working jointly under the rehabilitation code.
