Decision Making: Diversity in Action

Everyday we make choices in our lives, although sometimes we may not pause to think about what influences brought us to that particular decision.

In this session we explore how our own values, beliefs and experiences have an effect on daily decision making and the importance of recognising that within our day to day work. We look at prejudice/discrimination and ethnocentrism. With practical examples we demonstrate how this can impact on our professional decision making process, but also how we can highlight/recognise it in others.

This workshop is a pause and reflect session for learners!!!!!!
