The role
We are looking for a Clinical Quality Operations Manager to join our dynamic management team in an exciting new role driving forward and developing our clinical standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Company complies with statutory regulations through the review and development and implementation of policies and procedures. You will be responsible for sharing best practice to ensure that case managers and support workers provide excellent case management and quality care to our clients. This role sits within the Operations team working alongside our Operations Managers. The role is full time, and you will be based at home with a requirement to attend Head Office (Wilton, Salisbury) 1 day per week and on additional days as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have held a similar role. You will hold a professional health or social care qualification and have current professional registration. You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of CQC regulations and other applicable legislation. Previous experience as a CQC registered manager would be highly beneficial. You will be a positive and enthusiastic team player able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
