“The Way of the Productivity Ninja”
Lee Cottier – Productivity Ninja at Think Productive UK
In this 90 minute session from leading productivity and wellbeing training company Think Productive, you’ll be introduced to the 9 Characteristics of the Productivity Ninja.
Inspired by this framework, this interactive workshop will share a wide range practical habits, tactics and tools to help you get your best work done, but to also look after yourself and your colleagues at the same time.
During the session you’ll create a personal Productivity Ninja-style Action Plan to implement workflow and wellbeing changes in a way that works for you.
Part 3 – Thursday 30th September 2021 at 11am-12pm (60 mins)
Managing and Reversing Burnout
Leah Steele – Independent Burnout and Resilience Mentor at Searching for Serenity
Part 3 of the series will cover recognition of when a person is in burnout, with reference to the WHO Maslach Burnout Inventory ICD-11. (Burnout is characterised by three dimensions: 1) feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion; 2) increased mental distance from one’s job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one’s job; and 3) a sense of ineffectiveness and lack of accomplishment).
Part 4 – Thursday 7th October 2021 at 11am-12.30pm (90 mins)
The Productivity Ninja’s Email Survival Guide
Lee Cottier – Productivity Ninja at Think Productive UK
This 90 minute session from leading productivity and wellbeing training company Think Productive is based on their best-selling “Getting Your Inbox to Zero” email training workshop.
We’ll look at the causes of email overwhelm and distraction, and practical techniques to make friends with your email again – so it becomes a tool that actually helps us once more, rather than the source of some of our productivity problems.
You’ll learn how to get your backlogged inbox to zero (yes really!), and how to keep on top of it day to day – stress-free, effective emailing awaits you.
Part 5 – Thursday 14th October 2021 at 11am-12pm (60 mins)
