The Perfect Storm Continues…. and the Results are in

Following an amazing response from our membership for the second perfect storm survey, the BABICM Research Group would like to invite you to a free webinar to review the findings.

We are delighted to invite Vicki Gilman, BABICM Chair to lead discussions and introduce Dr Alyson Norman, Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Plymouth, who will provide a summary of the themes found from the survey results.

With an opportunity for questions and discussions, this is sure to be a meeting that is topical to all Case Managers that face the challenges of recruitment and retention within the social care sector.

Finally we will close with a talk from Marcus Williamson, founder of Social Care Recruiting. Marcus will be focussing on helpful hints and tips on maximising successful outcomes for recruitment based on his experience within the field.
