Lets start by asking ourselves, do I know how much I don’t know about diversity and inclusion? Now is the time to actively challenge your own inequities and look at the everyday barriers faced by society.

This is an excellent opportunity to talk about the challenges our clients may face as a lack of diversity and inclusion.

What do you think about privilege? Is privilege prevalent in our organisation? Do we acknowledge it?  Perhaps we don’t even recognise it?  Does it influence our behaviours internally and externally?  Perhaps we don’t give it a second thought? But we should!

We will discuss the concept of privilege – what it means, how it manifests and its impact and implications in our personal and professional lives.  The talk will explore how we engage with others from different backgrounds and experiences to illustrate what privilege means, how it shows up in the world and what this creates.

What exactly is privilege? And how exactly can we use it as a tool to create coalitions for solidarity in our workplace? Fearless Futures walk us through the ABCs of privilege and how, collectively, we can show up everyday to create an inclusive working culture.
