Harpur Trust v Brazel – How this case will affect employment practices

On the 20th July 2022 the Supreme Court delivered its judgement in the case of Harpur Trust v Brazel.  This has resulted in significant changes to how employers are required to calculate annual leave entitlement and holiday pay for all employees/workers who are on zero-hour contracts, on part-year working contracts, or regularly work overtime.
