Rehabilitation Field Case Managers

We are looking for experienced Rehabilitation Field Case Managers across the UK, with a background in Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Physiotherapy, to join our Industry Leading Team.

We are an award-winning provider of rehabilitation, supporting individuals who have been injured at work or in an accident to return to function and work. We are dedicated to providing an evidence-based service of the highest clinical quality.

You will carry out immediate needs assessments and proactively case manage clients who often face life-changing injuries. Using your excellent communication skills, you will support your clients to identify and achieve their full potential, and provide goal-focused rehabilitation with the aim of facilitating a return to work or function.

Package

• £35,000pa – £45,000pa FTE dependent on previous experience.
• Associate opportunities also available, hourly rates are negotiable dependent on experience.

Hours

• 37.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday), with part time hours available, (a minimum of 22.5 hours a week).
