Please find below some information with regards to the conference, please ensure that you read these prior to attending the conference. Please ensure that the delegates attending with the stand are aware of the set up and breakdown times. Attached is further information from the venue with details of collection, delivery and pick up details.
We have access to the venue from 6pm -10pm on 5th June. Please do not arrive before this time as you may be turned away. Another event is taking place on the 5th and this may cause delays to the set up. Representatives from BABICM be available from 6pm to assist you and show you to the exhibition area.

Your exhibition space consists of a 3m x 2m space with 1.8m x 0.6m trestle table. Please note that you will need to be able to fit ALL of your display material into your allotted space so that delegates can circulate around the exhibition are unrestricted, but also out of courtesy to other exhibitors. 2 larger stands of 4 x 3 have been allocated for our use. Please contact BABICM to dicsuss availability.
Delegates will have the opportunity to visit your stand before the conference begins, during the morning breaks and at lunch times. Timings for both days will be confirmed shortly
There will not be an afternoon break on day 2 and exhibition stands can be dismantled after the lunch break if you are not attending the presentations.
In order for you to maximise networking time, we have arranged for all exhibitor lunches to be available half an hour before the conference breaks for lunch. If you have any special dietary requirements please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org on receipt of this email and we will make sure that these are catered for.
We are required to vacate the venue by 5pm. Please ask if you require help with packing away your stand. Please can you ensure your courier is ordered for as soon as possible.
