In response to enquiries, the Professional Practice and Membership Group (PPMG) are pleased to announce a series called ‘what does good case management practice look like’.  The series is a set of examples that exemplify how BABICM’s Competencies for case managers and Standards for Case Management Practice would look in a case manager’s practice.  All examples are based on real-life situations, adapted into a bite-size précis to allow members to access the information quickly and easily, and cover the 7 areas contained within the competency framework.
